W10 and WP8.1 sync

Can i sync my Lumia 930 with my Windows 10 PC? Theme doesn't seem to sync...

The themes still wouldn't synchronize since synchronizing this, as of this point at least, seems to work only with the same version of the OS. So, Windows Phone 8.1 themes will be synchronized with Windows 8 or 8.1 devices. Once Windows 10 reaches Windows Phones, then theme synchronization should be available already.
