W10 clean install, any Problems?

Hello,

I have reset my Surface Pro 4 and want to install Microsoft Office 2013 Volume License but the installer tells me that there were a Problem and just Abort the Setup... and this After a reset of my Device.

Thats the Reason why i want a clean install, what i have to care about? And all Features should work Fine, right?

If you want a super clean install then download the ISO installer. Burn it to disc or better yet usb drive. Boot from the drive and select fresh clean install. You will have the option to re-partition the drive and format it. That is as clean as you will get.

Then install the windows 10.
