W10m in Africa for L640XL

According to Nokia Power User they said that w10m came to L640XL so good news for people from Africa

The update has not been released anywhere, not yet. WMPU did post an article about it but they haven't had any confirmed official reports about it.

But the update is released for some people also the update for 535 hadn't been confirmed but my friend got it !! MS is keeping silent about that

Your friend might be enrolled in one of the Insider rings. If you really want to verify it have your friend rollback his installation to 8.1 and see if his phone receives the WM10 update without being enrolled in Windows Insider. Again there hasn't been any official confirmation from anyone. In fact some of the posters here is the forums never came back when quizzed about their experience on the update which does make the whole claim kinda look fishy.

My friend doesn't know anything about insider he is not interested in that things he only get the news from me and i checked his phone he wasn't in the insider
