W10M Insider FAST Ring: Glance Question

I'm on W10M FAST Ring and ever since upgrading from WP8.1, the Glance feature has never worked on my 1520. Glance is displayed as an option on my Settings/Extras menu however when I go into the Glance menu, the options are displayed briefly and then they disappear leaving a Glance menu that's all grey and shortly after my settings window closes, sending me back to my start menu...???

So, is the Glance feature not working for all you W10M on 1520 people? Do I need to hard reset my phone? I did a hard reset when going from 8.1 to 10 about 3 update ago....

I'd consider hard resetting now but am having issues backing up my phone. When I plug it into my PC, my phone isn't recognized or seen by my PC. Worse case I'll just have to transfer what I can via email and then reset.... Ugh!

Besides these 2 issues I'm loving W10M! I like the UI and quick animations now, versus 8.1. I just hope a lot of the small bugs get fixed cuz I have a lot of apps that randomly hang or close on a daily basis....

So I tried this but no luck. ☹

Interestingly there are many recent negative reviews in the app store for Glance that reflect my problem in that it doesn't work for many people who have upgraded to W10M and who have the most recent version of Glance. I guess I'm not completely alone with this problem but it's odd that it works for some... I might wait for a few more W10M builds and do a full hard reset and reinstall in hopes of fixing it...
