I'm running windows 8.1 on my Lumia and got the latest update of windows 10 TP (10.0.10536.1004) but due to lack of space in my phone memory I can't install it now. So my question is can this update will be available if I give a soft rest to my phone ?

If you can boot into 8.1 and delete enough stuff so you have free space, then it should work. If you can't do that, hard reset it.

Yeah, after the hard reset, you should probably be able to update.
