i have lumia 520 n i want to dev unlock my wp device,, i have acount registerd n,,,have previw for devloper app,,,to ...i have win 7 runnning pc,,,,i install wp8 sdk...n open windos phone registration ,,,but it could not detect my phone ,,,,,eroor ,,,is ipoverusbsvc ,,is not running,,,i restsrt the pc n dvic estiil the eroor came ,,,n also reinstallled the device driver ,,, still the eroor came,,,what to do,,plz help..................thnx,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

but i couldnt even install wp8 sdk on ma win 7 pc ...

U will need WP8 SDK. It does not work with SDK 7.1 as 520 is a wp8 runner. Install .net framework 4.5.1 b4 installing sdk. Happy developing!
