Already downloaded and now in "Preparing to install at 60%" for a L920

My 822 has actually been stuck on the "gears" screen for 10 minutes and not the start screen, without any progress in the status bar.

Anyone have an update on how this build works with the 920? I was on fast track for a while leading up to the 10080 build and when that left me with close to nothing I reverted back to 8.1. I have been hoping a newer, more stable build would come along so I can partake in the preview builds again.

Anyone with info on 10136 on a 920 please let me know!

That's 10136. I believe 10080 was 10.0.12364.114 or something similar.

Except that I've had this one available since three weeks ago... (I checked everyday)...

I'm not! I am on WP8.1.2! I said all I get is that version to download, I don't want that cause I know about the issue...

If i understand correctly that means you have the old 10080 update already queued up. You could try a hard reset to clear the queue and receive the new update.

No actually 10.0.12562.84 was build 10080. I just had it on my phone a short while ago, also check the Wikipedia page for windows 10 mobile.

If i understand correctly that means you have the old 10080 update already queued up. You could try a hard reset to clear the queue and receive the new update.

i'm in the same boat as you. nothing seems to be able to get it to "forget" that the 10080 update is ready for download. I'm thinking we'll have to rollback with the recovery tool first.

I guess i'm also wid u but i'm stuck on 10052.. will updating it to 10052 get me 10136???

Try changing the windows Insider App to slow ring and reboot. This might work...

no way, he needss to go to wp8.1 through LSRT or WPSRT. Then he needs to update his phone through windows insider app to build 10136 directly.

I will try a quick Summary:

- The old 10080 Build is also known as 10.0.12562.84 while the new 10136 is 10.0.12634.131

- If your update suggests 10.0.12562.84, the old update is already queued and you will likely
have to hard reset or even flash back to 8.1 with WPRT to get the new update.
UPDATE (Gabe/Twitter): Hard Reset will be enough. Unfortunately you will still lose your settings.

- Download Server get pretty hammered right now so just try again

- Upgrade takes up to 1 hour (First 10% are the slowest). You will see moving Gears and no
progress bar for some time.

- Don?t forget that the lock screen shows no time for about 10 Minutes after the Upgrade to 10.0.12634.131.
This is expected. Just be patient and don?t try to restart the phone.
