Don't think so, you probably won't get offered 10136 until you reset the phone.​

Battery life is lower on current build. I recommend you wait for that and stability/usability reasons 8.1 is far better right now.

None yet, I got an update for Fast Build Configuration and that's it. Gave said new build should be up within 24 hours.

No, I would advise you to disconnect your phone, doing a soft reset and reinstalling WPRT and restart your computer, best way to solve every problem you must have. Good luck!

I don't think so. It only took about 10-20 minutes for me.

I had no luck with the WPRT when I did a fallback to 8.1 But the Nokia Recovery tool did a good job on that. Using the Lumia 640 DS.

I think, LSRT is for Lumia devices while WPRT is for Non-Lumia devices.

EDIT: Just tried WPRT and was successfully able to install 8.1 on my phone, so it has to be WPRT

No, the names of the applications are misleading. LSRT is for older Lumia Devices with Windows Phone 7. For HTC One and all Lumias with Windows Phone 8 or higher you Need WPRT.
