You've repeatedly implied that those who don't share your view lack intelligence. This isn't constructive, it leads to heated tempers that nobody enjoys, and resorting to such tactics ultimately weakens your own arguments.

I don't hate anyone. In particular not for a discussion on an OS. However, once again, nobody here is talking about WIN 8 APPS. We are talking about the environment those apps live in. Do you know the difference between APPS and UI? APPS are the software component, say the tools you use, while the UI is the house where they live. Apps can be good, the way they are allowed to live within the UI environment can be bad or good. In this perspective, Modern UI doesn't do more, as you claim, but does less, much less. And that's the reason why many professionals refuse to use it.
