Warped kickstand

Don't know if anyone else has had this problem but ever since I got my Pro 3 the left-hand side of my kickstand is raised about 1mm (0.039 inches) off the table, however when the kickstand is closed it looks like the kickstand is level and not warped.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Sometimes it happened to me too, but after a while I discovered that it was just cause I use to open it from the left side. Once you open the kickstand if you level it using the front of the Surface and pulling towards you it adjusts alone.
