Warranty...who do you go to? T-Mobile? Nokia? Microsoft?

My headphone port is messed up. If I touch the headphone plug just the tiniest bit with headphones plugged in, the phone thinks it's been unplugged and music stops playing. It's very annoying when you're trying to listen to music while walking or hit a bump in the road while driving.

Who do you go to for repair or replacement? I bought the phone off eBay, new. It's a T-Mobile 925.
 
You can try your T-Mobile store. Whenever I have a problem, I just go to the store and they send me a new one in the mail for 20 bucks and I have to ship the original problematic one back within a week from receiving the new one. Have you tried using a different pair of headphones? I'm sure Nokia would work as well but I've never been to a Nokia service center?
 
Yep, tried the a different pair of headphones as well as an aux line to the car stereo. Same problem. I'll check out the store, thanks.
