Does one need to reregister for the DP program with each new phone? I'm thinking yes, since I've been using the M8 I no longer get those notifications even tho the M8 can apparently run them just fine. The M8 is so rock solid I'd hate to risk screwing it up unless it had some issue already that an update could help.

The only major feature is the ability now to upgrade to Cyan for these without the firmware. They said that include bug fixes but they didn't wrote down which bug fixes they talking about it.

A storage error bug when updating and a bug that prevented HTC owners from getting DP 8.1.1.
