My phone started the "infinite boot loop" people have reported with some of the WP8 phones. Around 3:30am I noticed it flashing, booting, crashing, and restarting infinitely. After about an hour it booted normally. I had a text message in my inbox with the received date the same as when my phone started crashing. While it was infinitely booting, I tried to do the hard reset on the phone using the volume down button combo but it didn't work.
It seems to be working fine this morning.
