I love how the largest tile size lets you preview text messages and e-mails now.

WP8 is such a massive upgrade that I'm not even mad. It's not like MS announced iOS6

Watching the live blog now. Windows 8 looks really cool. Glad i've held off on getting a new phone. I hope they some kind of release date other then fall and that all carriers (hint hint Verizon) will carry hero devices.

I think sales are gonna dry up this spring/summer. WP8 is a MASSIVE upgrade. It'll be hard to convince people to buy a 7.5 device, even though 7.5 will continue to receive new apps.
