Water/Glue marking under glass when in direct sunlight?

I noticed something today that is kinda worrisome. When viewing my phone in direct sunlight, and the screen is white, you can see what looks like water marks or un-dried glue in the upper 4th of the screen. It's like the look of pushing two pieces of glass together with some water in between.

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and if it may just be glue that will dry. If not, i will probably go exchange it as I also have a loose backplate that is creaking when pressed as well.
