I seriously considered Android prior to getting a WP. Honestly, if I were to redo things again I would probably get Android knowing what I know now. Some people may think that's odd but honestly when I first got WP I really hated it. I've mellowed since and I'm patient. I just hope WP8.1 was worth the wait.

I really didn't like how dumbed down WP7 was back when I was still using WM. I went for it anyway and started to like it, with the hope that the features would come. Three years in it's still dumbed down ;-)

I think he's up to 3 or 4 phones now? He uses WP and Android.

If you want to get technical:

1 8X, 1 Z Ultra, 1 unlocked 925 (got that this morning), 1 t mobile 925, 1 unlocked 920, 1 soon to be repaired AT&T 920 and 1 Nexus 4.

But...the t-mobile 925 is getting returned, the unlocked 920 goes to my dad, the Nexus 4 is getting sold, the AT&T 920 will get sold. So I'll be left with a 925, 8X and Z Ultra.

Yup, I miss my 920 already. I like the bold styling of it and even liked the weight too. So I know my dad will love it. He did like using it to take pictures so he should be fine...
