I hope it's not long after BUILD that the new devices come out and the update as well. If it takes much longer than two to three months people will start to wonder.

Here another issue most of the high end android devices are going to be released in April and if WP8.1 devices are going to be released a few months afterwards the new android devices will properly be released a month or so afterwards.

MS really need devices coming out on April even if there a few to go against the Android devices.

The Z2 not coming out till April, im holding off to build and will wait just a month afterwards for new devices.

My ASUS laptop died. It's only 4 months old, and it won't turn on. I'm waiting for the RMA to send it for repair.

I think they need to release three phones at once. A flagship, a mid range and a low end. They need to bring out phones that people want to buy. Hardware and software and prove the WP is a platform they want to be on. Hopefully they do it well. I'd hate to see what would happen if they screw it up.
