The fruit is never mentioned in the bible. It's been implanted into our culture though. Just like the renaissance depictions of Jesus. No one knows what he looked like. Or like our Christmas traditions. They're rather recent from the Victorian age. However we treat all these things as though the have significance.

Sorry, to elaborate the point, typical customer service is just take the machine as is. If it does not meet certain needs, we cannot do anything about it. You are on your own. If this was a $100 machine it is understandable. Total spend is over a quarter million dollars....sorry just a rant...

I still think that's more a contract problem than a Swiss/German related issue ;-)
