Even though they probably have some number of them in a warehouse somewhere, I don't think they should ever exist. Microsoft shouldn't release the Surface Mini as the first step in killing Windows RT.

It sounds like they did sell phones... If the smart phone market grew 4%, but WP's share of that market remained at the same percentage.... Then wouldn't the WP user base have increased by 4%?

I think that means or would have increased proportionally gaining a part of that four percent.
