Nope that is broadband still have 3g with no signal and my father is here so yayyyyy he will get some fast internet so boo you!

Yup, Docomo is the fastest, but Vodafone is also good.

I'm not saying this will work, and may even just waste a lot of time doing nothing more that resetting the phone to a factory install of "Debian Red", but have you looked at maybe running the recovery tool?...

I can actually buy the 830 now, but like you I will be waiting for a price drop as the 830 is very close to the price of the 930 already.

Yeah, the prices were close through the site too initially...$460 for the 830 and $500 for the 930, and $475 for the 1520. Now the prices have settled along these lines:

Lumia 830: $437
Lumia1520: $462
930: $492

By comparison:

Z2: $507
Z3 Compact: $523
Z3:$650

Remember, these things include shipping costs. The 1520 is impressive now because it sits right between the newer models price wise. The Z2 and Z3 Compact are close in price range. They're almost a wash, really...both offer 2 day battery life. The difference is the Z2 has a bigger screen and better speakers, while the Z3 Compact has the improved camera and design. Much to think about on my end before the cash leaves the pocket. Either choice is a good phone for me.
