I found an old 17 inch screen I'll take to Basel as my second. I think this size isn't even produced anymore, but for a second screen it's good enough.
Edit: There are still 17 inch screens to buy, I was wrong. Who would buy that in times I even get a 24 inch screen in my lab?

A big screen has two downsides: First, it's very expensive, second, I haven't bought a high-end graphics card, so the few games I still play won't run as well on it.

I'll use my main screen for everything. And now my 24 inch screen stays the main screen and the 17 inch screen will be my secondary. I have to figure out my budget first before I buy expensive stuff again, maybe in a few months I will think about a bigger one again.

I was thinking about it a while ago, but now that I have bought a new PC I most certainly won't.
Google Switzerland went all Metro on us: https://www.google.ch/ Interestingly when I go to Google.com it changes to the old design.
