Finally a good read that points out that as a whole we don't need a mayor Os update every year. I rather have a polished Os than a fast bugged one. While it was directed at Apple it could be applied to msft and Google .

Finally a good read that points out that as a whole we don't need a mayor Os update every year. I rather have a polished Os than a fast bugged one. While it was directed at Apple it could be applied to msft and Google .

Depends on what the software maker's goals are. But yes, an annual major update for the sake of an annual major update makes no sense.

I had about four interrupted prior to that. So I'm not a complete zombie, just partial.

Thankfully I don't drive to work.

I can't run on 3 hrs ...oh wait nvm I did do that once but it was a serious convo with a person . But ouch 3hrs sucks worse than eating burnt popcorn

MSFT, the new Apple or should I say the original?

I read the article and then some comments. Most people feel like you but of course there are defenders.

It would appear MS is gaining some sort of rabid fans. The idea that MS can't do anything right seems to be the biggest retort by them.

I've survived on less. I can't sleep on long distance flights so I typically don't get more than 2-3 hours.

I'm just annoyed that I'm going to work sick-ish in the new year. The cold I have is not that bad but it is disrupting my sleep.
