I've forgotten how slow the desktop forums were. IE takes up 170+ MB with just WinCentral open. To be honest, I've set this up to show a hundred posts at a time, though.

For comparison, an image-heavy 800+ post-long 8chan thread takes up just 110-130MB.

For the record, I was tempted to call out from both work and from going to the GF's afterwards...but tomorrow is a weekend and it'll more of a pain going to work from home than from the GF's.

That picture made me wonder why they didn't bother the cover the rails with at least some glass roof.

Then again, it doesn't really snow all year.

The trains outside Toronto are all open, so are London. Some have very poor cover for those waiting for trains. It's the same in Australia as well.

This station was built in the 1930s. Covering it means you have to heat the platforms during the winter and have AC running during the summer - which means in today's economy, more costs. And Chris Christie (current NJ Gov'nr) ain't about spending that cash.

Well its Friday finally. First working week of the year over. Got a bit of design done this week which is great. Next week is due to be manically busy and this weekend I'm reorganising my office.
