I didn't even know it existed!

There's a Canadian company making it, called Kelp Caviar but they don't seem to sale it here in the UK. However, Ikea (of all places) sells a seaweed version of caviar. I'm curious now.

Apparently, it can be plain, wasabi and other flavors. I'm going to try to get a jar for the GF.

So they say... it's a 'superfood'... I really detest that terminology... total sales jargon from the alt crowd.

Yeah, all I know is that it works.. It truly does make you "regular"... I try to eat it at least 2-3 times a week.

Yeah, all I know is that it works.. It truly does make you "regular"... I try to eat it at least 2-3 times a week.

I've been eating Bran Flakes for the last while. They don't taste too bad but it gets boring. Which is why I have fancy breakfasts on the weekends.

I'd buy the instant oatmeal but it has way too much sugar in it. Not that I don't add some in the regular stuff but still.

That sucks. I was totally wiped Saturday. I just fell asleep and didn't wake up until 8.5 hours later. That's not usually what happens to me.

I still have a head cold btw. Really sucks.

I'm pretty happy here at my native place with my cousins. So not much active nowadays. I don't have any real siblings, so I enjoy all the time with my cousins. A good way to stay away from technology...
