Thanks. I'll try not to push myself too far.
I actually want to balance strength with agility. So I'll keep that in mind.
In that case, you'll want to do sets with more reps but lighter weights.

It's also best to not work the same area two days in a row. So if arm exercises are done one day, then do leg exercises the next day, so the muscles in the arms recover. Weight training works by causing minute tears in the muscles. Then the muscles build up when they repair those minute tears.

I once almost broke my pinky while playing volleyball. And I was a kid back then.
I played football ⚽ 4 nights a week, about a month ago.
I never broke a finger, but I jammed fingers many times.

Google finally gave up on its crazy plan in KitKat and made things right with Lollipop.

Yeah no idea what they were thinking. I still think no phone should have less than 16GB and most flagships should be at 64GB minimum.

Still, nice to have an option. :)
