Yup, I always liked the Maxx. It was just (and still is to some degree) hard to get. That's why I'm debating whether I should just stay with the X.

Yup, I always liked the Maxx. It was just (and still is to some degree) hard to get. That's why I'm debating whether I should just stay with the X.

I wish MSFT would cut their line down to 4 phones...and then let the other OEMs come up with alternatives...kinda like how Surface line just has two models as the flagship line.

1) Low end - 4" chassis, 8GB RAM + SD
2) Mid range - 4.5" chassis. Think a mini flagship, 16GB RAM + SD
3) Proper flagship - 5.2" chassis 64GB or 32GB + SD
4) Phablet - 5.7" chassis. Slight variant to the flagship 32GB + SD

So with lighter mixed usage from 7am to 11pm today, my Moto X had 39% battery left. So it is a daily charge phone. On the plus side, 5.1 is rock solid so far.

My 636 on 10149 still has 51% now from 6am...

That's the thing that's got me with the Moto X... Nice design, nice features, ****ty *** battery. That's why I'm pinning for a Moto Maxx, but it is so hard to get one...

ill take low end with 8gb of ram haha but really id take that line up over what msft has now. cut anything below the 6xx series and anything above the 9xx series
