This bug manifested twice on my Dell, but never on the Surface.

After I log in, those blank icons on the desktop appears including one which is not blank but I can't figure out what it is.

Start button is not responsive, taskbar isn't responding as well.

Morning folks. Another day at work...

Not quite. So the good news is that one of the attending I'm cool with is having his annual BBQ so I'm allowed to go late because I'm in clinic.

The bad news is that the medical director is in clinic today, so that means I have to work my full shift, and usually it is a chaotic day whenever she works on Saturday.

The plus is i get to make this mudslide style drink at the BBQ...looking forward to that.

Only two. Second was warranty. The only reason why the third isn't is because their policy states no physical damage because its impossible to prove it wasn't my fault. They did give me a discount though.
