I'm having trouble with motivation lately.

A lack of sleep and general dislike of the project I'm on isn't helping. I'm not overly fond of the company lately either.

I hear that. Mine isn't a lack of motivation more so more than bracing for a rough transition. That's messing with my sleep, among other things.
