WC 1M Post Challenge - You Ready?!

Re: WC 150K Post Challenge - You Ready?!

Here's the view from my hotel room in Ireland. Going hiking in a couple of hours.

No jet lag so far.

Ah that there's always a friend that does not follow my directions...

I ask you to do something in an email, but no, you want to be the only one who doesn't do it. It's been a challenge for me not to get into an argument with them since they have done this before with me.

Edit: Said friend followed my directions now, all is good.

Got my standard TMO text letting me know texting is free in Ireland and calls are 20 cents/minute. But I don't like that now data is only 2G in the free tier. The old plan I had was better since I got 3G (which covered H+ in Asia and Europe) and was plenty fast. Now can't use any services beyond notifications. There is a minor upside for unlimited LTE in Canada and Mexico but for someone like me I preferred the 3G option better.

I might get a Project Fi SIM card if my international travel picks up again.

I turned on my SE for the first time in weeks last night...and I missed it. I didn't cave but it did make me think about how I prefer iOS emojis and the tinier size. My Galaxy A3 doesn't feel big though, just the SE is more pocketable by a bit.

Thoughts on the Note 8?

I like that the dual cameras both have OIS, which can probably make for a nice camera experience. Also that the S Pen is also water resistant is a nice touch but those are the only 2 lights I see about the Note 8.

Cue Freddie Mercury as another one bites the dust. Just got an email from Wells Fargo notifying me that their Windows app will no longer be supported as of October 24. Truth be told, I rarely use it since I've never done a mobile deposit and it's quicker to check my balance through the browser anyway.

But I realize there are those who do and probably depend on this app so my condolences go out to them.

Hike was great. 4.7 km, 450m elevation gain, 1.5 hours round-trip.
Slievenamon mountain in Kilcash, Ireland.
