Can someone list the pros and cons of a Surface RT tablet? My gf is considering one and I want to seem knowledgeable haha

Pros:
Battery life
low-heat (no fan)
Office
well-built
The advantages of Windows RT

cons:
no x86 support (no chrome, no desktop apps other than the ported Office)
The disadvantages of Windows RT
Not an iPad
Prone to bashing
performance is iffy?

I wish I had the Lumia 920/5. I visited the night safari in Singapore this evening, and flash photography was not allowed.... Couldn't capture good pics on my camera. The L920 would hv been amazing

Iffy performance? Is it better to get one when its cheap or to wait for #2?

Wait for version 2 it will be awesome it said to be having a Snapdragon 800 SoC.

IDK... I really like the reported battery life of the Surface RT, compared to a pro, but am having a hard time getting past not being able to install desktop apps.

I was looking at the Asus Smart Tab, the Windows 8 version. The only thing I don't like about it is that lack of USB slot. I do like the fact that can get a 64GB version in the same price point as the Surface RT.

No, a con is where people dress up as their favorite anime characters... Or ST or SW, etc.... I have a site for anime cons.... Www.sinime.com go to cons from the left menu... Need to update the site.... Haven't been to a con in a while, but with the little one, 5 month old, I'll probably get back into it in a fee years.

I'm totally lost. I have no clue what most of the Xbox avatars are, much less anime characters.

I thought Forza was a real auto race, not a game LOL.

That just goes to show how little I know or care about games.
