Sometimes I miss working with youth on topics like the video above...would have loved to be in a coed group discussing body image and using this video.

I can get that, because of my background, beliefs, etc. As a woman, there's an unavoidable thing we grow up learning about. In the mind of a lot, the rest is optional, which isn't true. While I learned a bit over the years, it's not an easy thing to discuss.

Just found out something about someone I admired online and I can't unsee it. I feel like I'm being forced to rethink some things.

I had no desire to be her, but I did appreciate her perspectives and what she shared. It was to the point where I considered attending something expensive of hers. I was on the fence before this all went down, and now that's really a wrap.

It enever is easy to discuss those things, especially in 'Murica with its own set of double standards. Many folks have to navigate the American and their own ethnic values of this topic, which tend to clash a ton.

It's such a weird feeling for sure. I don't know how long you have, but I have a month and some weeks of this left so a while to go.

Around the same, I believe it's 9 more weeks regular, and then maybe 2 weeks more for a second chance at exams.

He gave up on the idea, once he realised how dumb it was. So he figured out even a dumber move. We'll all have to share our screens so we can't cheat. That is a really bad anti cheat.

This is literally where I live near to. Within 5 miles.

Just to give you an idea of how the great country of Bosnia works. As a COVID relief strategy, a town of 5000 (yes 5k people in the whole municipality) got 350000€ help, but a city of 110000 (this is one of the biggest cities in the country, we're quite small), got 0€.
Why? The big town's mayor isn't the same party as our prime minister.

It's mostly an American thing in the so called 1st world. The puritan mentality still runs strong there. The far right religious control of a lot of states and government education is the other issue.

The need for enlightenment in the USA is long overdue.

That's not to say other countries don't have other issues though.

Europe is pretty bad for domestic violence for example and when I say Europe I mean all of it. The statistics are pretty appalling.
