My primary device is an 810, I decided to pass on the excellent 925.But I am eyeing an unlocked 920. I am on T-Mo and hence unlocked is required...

I have a spare 920, might be able to unlock it. Let me know if you're interested.

Expansys USA $305 for Lumia 920. Ebay about $260. I am eyeing something sub 200 so it is a bit of a long slog. But the 810 I have marches along so not too worried...

If you weren't so locked in on Nokia, the Ativ S is now a really great buy. I think you can find a AT&T 920 for sub $200. Make sure it is unlocked though...

16GB Ativ S is at 234 from Expansys USA. They do not have prices for 32GB and the Blue Neo ATIV S yet....

Check expansysUSA again. Look in the forums. The Ativ S has a better cam than the 810 but is worse than the 920. But the phone has some strengths...and yes, you can put the Nokia apps on it...
