I know they are German. I just didn't remember if I heard the lyrics in German or English, but I guess it was German. I remember them pretty far back and then I didn't understand English well.

I would like to know Spanish. In my ears it's not a very nice sounding language, however it's spoken in a lot of areas. I'd like to travel South America one of these days, Spanish would be handy then.

I did forget Spanish. What I meant is that they're all Latin derived so they have similarities in words and grammar.
