I just ordered a radioactive labeled molecule for 600 Swiss Francs. Science is expensive. It's twice the price of my new screen, and it has a much shorter half-life... I hope ;-)

But I feel very motivated right now. Not for what I have to do today, it's mostly just doing tedious standard lab work, but I have planned some nice experiments ahead.

Thanks, I am eyeing a slightly different Toyota with double the gas mileage of this guzzler I am pretty sure the dealer is asleep right now but I sent in an email, so likely they will call me around 9AM local time.

The most expensive thing I've got was my watch. I got it for my 20th birthday, as a last (big) gift from my parents.

I wear it every day since almost 10 years.

I only have two 22" monitors. :/ Dells at that... :/

The speakers are wonderful on the HTC one by the way. The worst part about the phone is the camera. I know megapixels aren't everything, and 1 Ultrapixel is 4MP, but it is still quite awful.

Thanks it was the main area I was interested in the device.

The camera seems to be the worst out there, ultrapixels will properly not be on the next version of the one.

I have a 24" Dell. It's more than sufficient for what I'm doing at the lab. At home I always have 2 screens, I am just used to it.

The trick is to buy a slightly used car from a luxury car dealership. For instance I am eyeing a Toyota Camry Hybrid. New ones are about $26,000 + tax etc. I found one that is 2 years old with 29,000 miles at a Mercedes Benz dealership for $20,000. That is a nice chunk of change lower....Toyota dealers want about $23,000 for the same car!

My older Toyota should get about $13,000 in trade-in. So I am hoping I get the newer car for about $7,000 + tax etc.With the money I expect to save in gas or petrol I will recover the difference in about 4 years of ownership, long before the loan is paid off)

We're thinking of a used BMW or Audi. Not sure what yet. It will probably be around ?5-7,000 for it.
