If someone were to even claim they have read all these posts, I would call shenanigans immediatly and move to ban. Like- really ban, not just a playful, "see you next post" fun ban.

Had to go a back a few posts to see you were planning on hitting Jamaica. A couple of seriously different weather reports from point A to point B for you!!

Hope all goes great, you get out of town, and come back with some amazing stories and the pictures to back them up.

And if I were ever wishing we could take care of those beers we owe each other, meeting you in the tropics would not be a bad way to do it...

The tropics is a great place for a cold beer...

Going to a place for 'not the best of reasons' is never a pleasant trip regardless how nice the weather is. Enjoy it as much as you can.

Though I'm not a beer drinker, to snowmtt's dismay, have a cold one for me.

I looked up sleet and it was translated as graupeln. Of course I know this word, but I don't really know what it means. I'm always glad if I don't know a word in English I wouldn't know in German either. It must be some kind of snow-rain. In my dialect nobody uses the word graupeln.

Yup. A snow-rain mix is exactly what sleet is. No fun to be around in.

Thanks, I think everything will work itself out. I'm not driving myself at all because it is a hot mess. Mass transit is delayed but that's what I will use to get to the airport.

Really- I don't cuss, carry on, pick fights, drive fast, or gamble. Beer and coffee drinking are my only 2 bad habits. You can be a LITLE more supportive.

I drink coffee and like sweets. I like a good meal too. I have a glass of wine or some other alcohol occasionally, usually cider. Is that better?
