I'll be contrary and say I like Windows 8 just fine without the start menu.

Today I was looking at holiday pictures with a friend, and we did it on my large screen. I got so confused with the Metro menu at times (suddenly it's there and then you're in this metro world nobody on a desktop wants to be in), it was terrible. Maybe I'm just not intelligent enough for this. And I still think it's annoying that it occupies the entire screen.

But that's personal taste of course, and maybe personal stupidity

There's always the desktop for the people who don't like metro. And that's good, to each their own. Again, I've got no problem with metro and cruising around the tiles. But then I'm an IT guy.

I like what I am seeing with the 630 and the 930, although I won't get ether of them, as I have my 1520 with me.

I'm kinda bummed out that the start menu is going to return :/ oh well and also sad about the 810 not getting the cyan update :/ good thing I have the 822 but the 810 was in my op the best out of the 820 and 822

Well ill be looking for a new phone later on after this year ends since tmobile will have the new 700Mhz out and about .... just hope they have a phone like the 810
