Funny, two things I realized: the notification center in its whole is basically a copy from the S4 Mini and the disappearing cell data type when using WiFi is also something the S4 Mini did.

I liked both, so it's quite alright ;-)

The 8X looks much more pretty, the hardware is not even comparable. But I never wanted an S4 Mini anyway, I love the features and functions but not the design and feel.

I see the want I don't like about WP8.1 is popular at least there an thread to put all the complaints in and not having multiple threads of complaints or same complaints everywhere.

Hell definitely has frozen over or boiled over, take your pick. David Pierce at The iVerge rated WP8.1 over the (Band-Aid edition) Samsung Galaxy S5.

I don't know, when will the Cortana features be available internationally? The Lumia 930 and the HTC One Mini will both be out around June. For the moment I certainly keep my 8X.

Hopefully soon. Keep in mind it is still in beta even in the US
