well its on the AC and watches site that's how i know and you have to apply to be an ambassador

strange , try to open Preview for developers app from your app list/start screen , and make sure Enable Preview For Developers is ticked

Maybe the way the tiles icons disappeared for a second or two when you quickly switched to start-screen?Happens with me a lot.
Maybe it's one of the bugs that's been fixed

Lumia 920 on gears from past 15 mins (I know it will take 1-2 hours to install the update ) Lumia 520 on preparing to install the update at 53%
