Ummm I've got an ultrasound this Sunday.... Until then i can only hope that i don't have PCOS

It's not the end of the world and it's easily manageable. I wouldn't stress about it too much. There are worse things to have. There's also lots of books around about it.

You would have to have an extreme case of it for you not to have kids these days, that's if you want kids that is.
