A friend of mine has similar issues and did get the surgery done. But it helped for about a year and change and then things went back to prior to the surgery.

Odd and sad. :/ I was under the impression that it would fix things.

Another thing I need to get sorted, hopefully this year is that I have a wisdom tooth so impacting on my sinuses. So that my be partially a cause to my issues.

We have a mix of coffee and tea but tea wins in quantity and variety.

We have reduced things a bit recently. Was getting a bit silly.
