What's a "bong incident"?

if you know what a hookah is then you know what a bong is. the only difference is that the bong is generally ( not always ) more portable then a hookah
then you add 2 girls alone + a bong and you get the bong incident

Hookah has become popular here, but for tobacco, not marijuana. We have a smoking ban here (no cigarettes/cigars/pipes). However, hookah bars are permitted to sell tobacco and rent use of hookah to customers.

The ban is a good move.
Hookah is very rarely used here and never with marijuana.

Looks like that tapatalk has fixed the notification error itself more than a week ago without publishing an update.
The issue must have been from the server side or something else.

Now the only bug I'm facing right now is that the app crashes 4 out of 5 times when I try to upload a pic. Maybe its time to give some real feedback.
