oh if you ask I say since the Toshiba has more disk space than dell. for me 64 gb of space is a no brainer.
wait is the Toshiba tablet 32 or 64 gb model?

hmm now im not sure who to trust amazon or phonearea. either way since the dell venue 8 has more ram I would go with that. my choice is the dell venue 8 Toshiba Encore 2 8-inch vs Dell Venue 8 Pro - Phone specs comparison

Looking at an article just now, I think I'd lean towards the Dell.... I like the IPS display and slightly faster RAM.

Toshiba has more memory... Otherwise they are similar. But while the Dell downloaded and update itself the Toshiba has been sitting idle for the last half hour and driving me crazy!

I'd keep the Dell. The active stylus support makes it a great choice IMO. I've got the Dell Venue 11 Pro (7130) and love it.

I'd keep the Dell. The active stylus support makes it a great choice IMO. I've got the Dell Venue 11 Pro (7130) and love it.

Since this was a used tablet no stylus came with it.
