You do know that meteorologists are predicting a super El Ni?o that'll bring mudslides that could be more dangerous because the summer fires have burned away much of the tree cover and brush, right?

We'll see. May be just mere speed bumps.

What struck me is how lukewarm the reception for the Note 5 is. I cannot help but shake the feeling that if Samsung doesn't streamline things soon, starting next year the Chinese OEMs will really being to bite them in the ***.

There really is no money in Android.

To bring you up to date on where things are with all the issues I had with phone and car.

Car is finally fixed as much as it can be. I won't go into details but let's say it cost a lot. More things cropped up just to make life interesting.

My phone had a broken screen that I replaced. The one they replaced it with was dodgy so I had to get it replaced again. Thankfully they did that yesterday. I think the other one was cheaper quality. The new one feels different. I should have just sent it to Sony... Oh well.

I had issues with my phone over heating when using the camera so I reinstalled the firmware so hopefully that fixed things. I do wonder if the crap screen had anything to do with it. In any case I'll soon find out. If out keeps overheating them maybe I'll send it to Sony to fix.
