Looks like a nice low rider bus...

It's a kneeling bus. They can lower when stopped or picking up passengers. Fairly common here in the UK. London is full of them.

They have those here as well but not in the low position when parked.

We've got those here in the metro area...not as colorful looking, but kneeling buses are standard here. People get tight on a full bus when they've got to pick up someone in a wheelchair but that's how it is suppose to go.

I was on one once where it constantly wanted to kneel every time it stopped. That gets pretty annoying.

This bus is designed to allow people on it when parked so it will drop the bus down to make the ramp less steep and more accessible.

I've noticed the buses in London when they park tend to lower as well. I wonder if it's a safety thing for the driver. They're big on ergonomics in the EU.
