I'm going to wait until the first of the year before I decide. Let things evolve a little and see where both platforms are at then.

I will however, definitely be purchasing a VR headset around then. Just need to follow both and decide who's going to get my money... I really don't want it to be Mark Zuckerburg (or whatever his name is lol!)

The reasoning is that I want to go see all of my relatives - parents, uncles and aunts before things start going downhill. In the last year, I lost my uncle who got me interested in books (he was a librarian and started the library science program at the University in his home town). Also my mother and my aunt have had some difficult time with their health in the last 9 months or so. These folks are all pushing 70s which in India is not considered too young...

It's been a long day. With all the stress of traveling to begin with and then add the stress of everything running late, literally, it's been rough. Left at 11:00am got to Greece at 18:40. Greece is 2 hours ahead so that 20:40. Just had dinner it's now 00:28 in Greece. I'm tired.

Training day one was good today. I went walking through the town a little bit just to clear my head as see what's there.

Made some very interesting observations so far...yet, i still cannot find anything i want to eat for dinner. Got to thinking of something as living on chocolate cake only is a bad idea...

Did end up eating at a Mexican restaurant. Sahib would like the burritos there. All in all, it has been a decent trip upstate.

In other news, I forgot about the whole "Facebook buying Oculus Rift" thing... :/

There's a lot of talk about (particularly on Reddit) Facebook buying out game devs to have Oculus "exclusives" and such. Not sure what to think about all of that.

I'm now leaning back towards the HTC Vive.

Why would that be a bad thing for you if you're planning to get Oculus? I mean, I understand exclusives situation and all the nonsense that comes with it, but you'd still get AAA games, so, not too bad in the end.

Had an oral exam in Englih today, hopefully I get 18 of 20 points.
