Talking with family today and I realized that this year had unexpected things happen to each of us. It doesn't usually happen that way at all, at least not for everyone. The year isn't over but I'm thankful for the good unexpected things.

No discounts on Andy's phone or the OP 5T. OnePlus has essentially said "don't come looking to us for a Black Friday sale as we sell our stuff cheap anyways."

People have been scooping up the Hu watch 2. As much as I prefer their Classic, I'm going to try to get the original.

Saw a near fight today when one of the Best Buy workers had to soft tackle a colleague as a customer was getting into it with him. All this a store that doesn't get a ton of foot traffic. Sigh.

I don't like this side of Black Friday because it feels like The Purge.

In other news, the GF got her gifts and I got mine. I'll post a review in a week.

Thanks! I read this and I'm sure that I would feel the same way if I decided to get the X for some reason. I felt like I could relate to him for sure. His point about not being able to use it one-handed sealed it for me.
