I did, which was why I was waiting patiently. But I also heard of at least one person picking up micro scratches from using the 360 camera. Thanks but no thanks.

To be fair, I have no idea what any of the deals were (to be able to comment on this) because I didn't look anywhere but I doubt that you're alone there.

So is it me or were the Black Friday "deals" anti-climactic this year? Except for Andy's folly, I didn't see anything to get worked up for.

The deals weren't good phone wise really. Only thing outside of Andy's phone I liked was the Mate 9 for $400.

Phone wise Andy's phone was a good deal. Now I had already picked it up for a better deal earlier but I got this one as well for two reasons.
1. Better use of my net cash - $110 was sitting in Amazon credit
2. Scienceguy Labs talked me into buying the 360 camera.
