They sent pictures saying that it's not in pristine condition.

So not much we can do. I can't even prove that if the phone pictures they sent is the phone I sent them. So I'm taking their word.

No plans to ever purchase from them again. Lost basically 75€ just in shipping costs.

I hope they don't send you a dinged up version of what you sent them.

99 may agree with me here - this is why I take pictures of anything I have to return prior to returning it. Don't want to see someone pull a stunt of saying what you sent was in worse shape.

I'm so sorry to hear that it's a ripoff. That emoji explains my thoughts, since I'd have to ban myself if I posted what I really think!

I walked two puppies yesterday. They are very cute but very energetic. When I adopt a dog, it won't be a puppy. An adult dog is more what I prefer.
