WD My Cloud & Windows 10 phone

Can I access a WD My Cloud NAS from my Windows 10 phone, even though there is no Windows 10 Mobile app available?

Tried both mobile and desktop versions using Edge and Monument browsers via link "mycloud.com", in all instances was greeted with "Currently the Microsoft Edge browser is not supported.". So at this point and time it appears not which is a downer, unless someone else has another suggestion. This was on my L950 running latest production build.
