Weather channel app not updating live tile?

I am new to WP, so maybe it's not supposed to update, the only time the tile updates is when I actually open the app.... Are there any decent weather apps that actually update the tile on a time set basis and/or have lock screen updating?

Jesus the title says Weather Channel app. It's happening to me too videian. Haven't found a fix yet.
